Photography hobbyist on my way to imposter syndrome

My fascination with photography began at a young age, nurtured by my father's passion for the art. Our annual pilgrimages to New York City revolved around exploring the latest and greatest photographic innovations from Japan. Each year, a new gadget, filter, or tripod fueled my curiosity about capturing the world around me.

However, the pursuit of photography took a backseat for many years. The advent of the digital revolution and, honestly, achieving greater financial stability, reignited my passion. Today, I actively seek opportunities to travel, whether with friends or through organized photography adventures. This allows me to explore new environments and capture them through my lens.

My artistic eye is drawn to the beauty of abandonment, particularly in the way nature reclaims its rightful space. Abandoned structures and forgotten landscapes hold a captivating story, one I strive to translate through photography.

While residing and working in Atlanta for Norfolk Southern Railroad, I also dedicate time to volunteering at the Georgia Aquarium, further exploring the wonders of our world. Through photography, travel, and volunteering, I continuously seek to connect with and document the diverse tapestry of life.
